Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Veraltra LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Veraltra,” “we,” “us”), handles information in connection with www.veraltra.com (the “Site”). If you have questions, email us at contact@veraltra.com.
What we collect
- Information you email us. The Site has no forms. If you contact us at contact@veraltra.com, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address, business name, role, and the details of your message.
- Basic server and hosting logs. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used to deliver and secure the Site.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts on the Site today.
How we use information
- To read and reply to your message and to discuss working together.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site, including preventing abuse.
- To keep records of our business communications.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
No selling or sharing for ads
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
Who we share data with
We share personal information only with these service providers, and only so they can provide their services to us:
- Google Workspace (email). Hosts our email, including contact@veraltra.com. It receives the messages you send us and the email addresses in them.
- Our static website host. Serves the Site and keeps server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, according to the host’s standard log retention.
We do not share personal information with anyone else, except as this policy describes.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, sale, or similar business transaction. If that happens, this policy will continue to apply to information we hold, unless you are notified otherwise.
Retention
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond to you, carry on any business relationship, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping needs. Hosting logs are kept according to the host’s standard retention periods. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it only in a form that does not identify you.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, such as access controls and multi-factor authentication where our providers support it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not email sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or health information.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including Texas (TDPSA), may have the right to:
- know or access the personal information we have about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- get a copy of your information in a portable format; and
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do not do these).
To make a request, email contact@veraltra.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will verify your request using the information we have, and we will respond within 45 days, which we may extend once by 45 more days when reasonably necessary, and we will tell you if we do. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We may ask your agent for proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will respond to your appeal within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Cookies
The Site does not currently use cookies or similar tracking technologies. If we add analytics or other tools that use cookies, we will update this policy first.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. Because we do not track visitors or sell or share personal information, these signals do not change how the Site works today. If that changes, we will treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
